Ed has run both domestic and international divisions for the largest natural gas distributor in the country. He has also run a division for a construction OEM and was V.P. of sales for a contract manufacturer.
Ed has extensive experience in leading teams and running businesses. In corporate America he ran divisions, both domestically and internationally, for the largest gas distribution contractor in the Country. Ed has also run divisions for an OEM and a contract packaging company. In ownership has been involved in real estate, multiple startup companies and business acquisitions. Over the past 20 years, as the managing partner of a business brokerage firm, Ed has been involved in over 200 main street and lower middle market transactions. Ed is also the managing director of Valens Capital, a private equity company focused on the acquisition, development and management of cardiovascular ambulatory surgery centers and office-based laboratories. Earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
